Description
Clobber Hercules Drain And Waste System Cleaner
A heavy-duty, sulfuric acid drain solvent formulated specifically for emergency use by professionals. Heavier than water, Clobber flows quickly to the blockage allowing special wetting agents to rapidly clear drain, sewer or waste line. It disintegrates paper, rags, sanitary products, grease, sludge, soap, fat, wood, hair, all types of food and organic matter.
Clobber is formulated with 93% virgin sulfuric acid concentrate and additives that inhibit corrosive action on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. In an independent laboratory test, Clobber was rated superior to similar type products in preventing corrosion. Because Clobber causes a significant rise in temperature when added to water, it can be used to thaw frozen lines. Will not harm septic tanks, cesspools, drainage fields and leaching systems when used according to directions.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
WEAR GOGGLES OR FACE SHIELD AND RUBBER GLOVES. HOLD PRODUCT AT ARM’S LENGTH.
- Remove standing water from drain.
- Determine Clobber dosage and “ALLOW TO STAND” time for type of facility from table below.
- Put on acid-resistant gloves and goggles or face shield. Stand clear of drain opening.
- To open container, place on a flat surface. Hold bottle with one hand and unscrew cap taking care not to squeeze or tilt bottle.
- Slowly pour a small amount of Clobber (less than 1/4 pint) DIRECTLY INTO DRAIN OPENING. Keep face and hands away from opening.
- If no “bubbling” or backup occurs, add rest of dosage slowly and carefully. DO NOT splash or spill Clobber outside of drain opening. Immediately recap container tightly after use.
- After pouring Clobber into drain, immediately place inverted dishpan, bucket or other deep container over drain opening to protect against possible eruption of drain contents and acid.
- Allow to stand for recommended time before flushing.
- Flush by adding one-quart cold water. Wait 5 minutes. If line is clear, flush thoroughly with cold water.
- Recommended dosages will open most lines and drains. If stoppage persists, repeat dosage, “ALLOW TO STAND” time and flush procedures.
