EMS Earthquake Mechanical Switch is a switch incorporating a mechanical earthquake sensor designed according to the standard ASCE 25-16 to cut directly the electrical power automatically.
When the device is subjected to seismic vibrations, according to the conditions defined in the technical standard, cut directly the electrical power mechanically and automati cally and combined with electrical devices (solenoid valves, actuators, etc.) can to close the passage of many type of fluids. No need of any power supply.
