Product Shipping

Your order can be dispatched any way you desire, provided that you contact us to arrange it.

The dispatching of your order will occur within 3 days.  The time of arrival depends on the destination and the way of transportation you have chosen.

Return Policy

You have the right to return the product(s) you purchased or to request for a change, in condition that:

a) the product is defective.

b) the product is impacted during the period coverd by the Manufacturer’s warranty.

c) the product that you received is accidentally the wrong one

All the returns of products are accepted , only upon phone communication with our company, withing 5 days of the day of arrival. (except for the case that the warranty of the product is still in valid).  In that case, we shall cover the cost of change.

In either case, the product should be come with the shipping invoice .

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only within the day of order.
